Connor
Connor received his MChem degree at Durham University in 2020, after carrying out a chemical biology master's project under the supervision of Dr Kalesh Karunakaran. His MChem project aimed to identify enzymes in Leishmania using a quantitative proteomics methodology with the goal of establishing new drug targets for leishmaniasis, a Neglected Tropical Disease. He is now undertaking a PhD in the McGouran group focusing on modifying cyclic peptides for selective drug delivery.
